It was born from the dream of Pedro Bores to organise a spectacular event, in this unique setting in the Bay of Cadiz, which would bring together the most important classic boats in the world, and enable sailing enthusiasts to relive the experiences of the pioneers in this type of sailing.
In love with the Bay of Cadiz and sailing, he was, together with Joaquín Rivero, the driving force behind the relaunch of Puerto Sherry and the fundamental architect of the fact that the port has become a reference point for classic boats.
